I am often asked why I love real estate.  Well that can be hard to answer because just like most of you my needs have changed as time went on and goes on.  I have tried other fields of employment and I like working with people best, helping them with their needs or dreams of home ownership.  I love to go into homes not just prospecting for properties because that is what Real Estate Agents do, but because I love styles and architecture.  I also love decorating.  Some of my favorite homes are those that are historical or considered art because of the designer.  I like homes that have a simple flair the best for my own personal living style, but in California I loved the homes built by Ole Hansen.  I have had the pleasure of walking into a home build by Frank LLoyd Right.  Those homes while for sale, also offer me a personal pleasure of being in something so well loved by the designer and they have has stood the test of time.  Views are a personal need of mine.  But those views can be of a variety of things, flower gardens, water, mountains...so you can see a home is more that a place to go to at the end of the day.  Home is where you can be you!
