How to price homes in a buyers market - 10/31/07 12:55 PM
Good morning all,
I guess in todays market there really is one key ingredient to getting homes sold, and that is pricing.  Other factors due come into play such as location and condition of the home, but pricing is currently the key.  If a home is to highly priced an agent will not even get traffic through the home.  He may not get the best showings even if slightly off on price. One must always look at the competition as well as recent sales and what is currently under contract and asking price of said properties.  In this market one cannot wait to long … (3 comments)

what do we all forget? - 10/15/07 06:17 PM
This is just to simple, but way to often forgotten.  I got the chance to sit down yesterday for about two hours in my front yard.  I'm lucky in that I have over an acre close to the mountains and it is real peaceful out here.  Anyway, I just sat for about two hours and did nothing.  Just looked at the mountains, watched the birds and listened to the sounds of the area.  Oh, I also remembered to breath.  Or atleast realize that I was taking in deep breathes and aware of my surroundings.  I can't tell you how much better … (7 comments)
