This mountainside estate in South Phoenix, in my opinion is one of the best and coolest homes I have seen. It is situated about as high as you can go (privately owned) on south mountain, and borders the municipal preserve. The preserve is about 16,000 acres of pristine desert land, that will likely remain in tact for a long time. This property is 4 acres and has a tudor style custom home just over 5000 square feet.
