I woke up a little grouchy today. Ok, I woke up so grouchy nobody wanted to talk to me. It’s difficult when you wake up with a million things running through your head. Valentine's Day was such a wonderful day for me. The highlight was a surprise visit to a truly hidden jem near Nashville called Arrington Vineyards.

According to National Association of REALTORS® pending home sales have significantly increased due to the affordability in the market right now.
The Appointment Desk used by my office reported record showings over the past two weeks. In Nashville, showings tripled from numbers for last January. Buyers are ready to take advantage of the current incentives.

If you're looking for a fun craft to make for the holidays try this cinnamon scented holiday ornament:
Take a small amount of applesauce and add cinnamon spice to it until it has the consistency of a molding clay. Divide into portions and shape it into your favorite holiday figure (snowman, snowflake, Santa if you're really good :)
Allow to dry.
If you plan to hang it on your tree simply make a small hole before it dries to thread a string through. Not only is it a fun decoration but it smells good too [;)]

Just a quick update on the Bellevue Mall redevelopment proposal:Metro Council has agreed to the proposal of putting the Bellevue Public Library in the newly renovated Bellevue Mall. Foursquare Properties is now able to move forward to the next phase of redevelopment. This is a huge triumph for the Bellevue Community. Anyone who lives around the Bellevue, TN area (just west of Nashville) knows that the local mall has seen better days. For the past few years the mall has slowly dwindled to nothing more than a ghost town. It’s time to change all that!
