I realize this has happened to all of us but it ever gets easy to except. We quoted a new customer 7.5% / 7.875 APR. We did not get the deal... the customer had a good faith estimate for 6.25... however at the closing table the papers had 8% / 8.75 APR. We all know the story moving truck is loaded up etc... but this has to stop... we explained what could happen to this customer and they went ahead anyway... the customer will refi with us after their prepay is up... … (1 comments)

The Mortgage / Real State business has become very difficult... the need for all us together is greater than ever... raising the level of professionalism is a great start and my praises go out to all of you who have jioned this website. The market will improve and those that kept their standards high will get thru these tough times. Only we can be responsible for policing our industry... support those that positively support you and our industry.
