Beautiful Wilton Crest - In Town Condominium Complex in Wilton, CT 06897
TheWilton Crest condominiums are located in the center ofWilton, on River Road, a short walk from all of the great amenities that Wilton has to offer. There are sidewalks all the way to town (¼ mile) for easy access to the library, movies, banks, train, market, restaurants, shops, and parks. Enjoy a safe walk along picturesque River Road!
Wilton Crest has 109 units in all, ranging from studios to 3 bedroom units. The square footage ranges from 530 square feet in the studios to 1,782 for the three bedroom units. The complex was built in 1989 with nice bluish grey wood siding, forced air heat and air conditioning.
Wilton Crest is a well maintained, beautifully landscaped complex that is located close to town. A pond is located in the center of the Wilton Crest Condominium complex, and all of the surrounding condos have decks overlooking the water and the nature that abounds therein. The landscaping is beautifully maintained, and everything is weeded and mulched at all times.
Each unit in Wilton Crest has a balcony or several deck areas attached, usually very private. In addition to the exterior decks, all of the two and three bedroom units have interior decks which are completely private. A few units have both decks in total privacy, but that is not the norm.
Most of the units in Wilton Crest have a garage. Some of the three bedroom condominiums have 2 car garages that are attached to the lower level. Some of the two bedroom units have a single garage also attached to the lower level. Units with detached garages have a great deal more space in the lower level. The detached garage is never very far away.
The exteriors of the units were recently all power washed and stained, and the driveways and parking areas were repaved. In addition they also put a new coat of stain on all of the steps and entrance decks to each unit. This is a well-maintained complex.
Wilton Crest condominium complex even boasts a pool and tennis court for the residents!
Wilton is very lucky to have such fabulous condos to boast about in town!

Redding, CT was hit very hard with the storms of the fall with power outages and long weeks of downed trees everywhere. Hopefully, the spring with take off and have a great rebound!

These figures speak much loader than words! I think I may reserve judgement, but sure looks like a good pattern going on here in Wilton! Let's keep it coming this year in 2012, please....

I do find it interesting that Fairfield's sales were hardly lagging after the vicious fall weather we had this year. The power outages and huge snow damage in the end of October into the beginning of November caused buyers to stay away, and sellers to pull their homes off the market in all of the surrounding towns. This should hopefully be a huge spring market for Fairfield! (Westport is the only town in the nearby area that had increased sales for January year over year.)

I just wrote a press release about my participation in the Facebook group for Veterans, as I would like to spread the word out there in the county. Hopefully, a few articles will go out about this, and I hope to be able to help a veteran in need. This is for veterans who are in need, but not in so much need that they are eligible for a short sale. (In that case, the bank pays the commissions and the closing costs, so I am not saving the veteran a thing) If there is a veteran in need out there, who needs to list their home for sale, I would be delighted to forego the commission.
