There's a Bear in Them Woods!  in Wilton, CT

For the last six months or so, the town of Wilton has been following a mother bear and her cub, named Lily.    There have been feeding stations set  up, and folks out with video watching them off and on.   They are not quite regular in their visits, so they are not always caught in sight.

It was an absolutely gorgeous day here in CT today!    I was at Longshore Club in Westport CT at 8 am playing tennis with friends on their beautiful Har - Tru courts.  Afterwards, I looked around, and decided it was time for a quick video.

     It is pretty much understood, that if in foreclosure or going through a short-sale, credit scores are going to take a hit.  What has not been clearly understood ... is just how much of a hit is felt?  Until recently, there had not been much of a barometer or "method" known for calculating or determining how these delinquencies would affect a FICO score.  Fair Isaac has recently revealed a little bit of information as to how they calculate that.

I wrote an article last week about 10 of the best free software programs out there, and free is great, but this little program is well worth the $49.95 investment, so I had to get the word out.
The program is called Snagit.  It allows you to capture a screen shot of a specified area on your desktop and make it into a document that you can save on your hard drive.  Websites, word documents, pdfs, doesn't matter, you can "snagit."

Who Cares about the top (roof)?  You cannot see it! We can see the icing on a cake,  we can see the grass on a lawn, we can see the flowers atop a plant, but usually, we cannot see the top of a house!   Is your roof as important as the rest of the house for appearances sake?  Would your serious buyer care?
