QR CODES - Should We Use Them For Video? - 06/30/11 11:54 PM
QR CODES - Should We Use Them For Video? I have used them on business cards, signs, to link to my web site, but never used them to link to a video! We had a great Active Rain Mini Camp at my house today with Dagny Eason, Ginny Gorman, Debbie Gartner, and Judy Klem. We learned and accomplished a lot - and probably could have accomplished more! Such a sharing and caring group! We had originally driven to Atlantic City for that Rain Camp together, and had such fun learning that we decided many more were in order. (9 comments)
Motion Sensor Lighting: Safety and Security Indoors and Out - 06/30/11 06:34 AM
Motion Sensor Lighting: Safety and Security Indoors and Out This article was published by Les Shu in February, and is a fabulous resource! Spread the word! Adding motion sensor lighting in and around your house provides an automated, hands-free way to turn on lights when you need them, and off when you don’t. Plug-and-play lighting solutions Many motion sensor lights don’t require elaborate setups or wiring; they simply plug into any wall outlet. Battery-operated types can be mounted onto your walls using adhesives, magnets, or screws. Sylvania’s LED Motion Sensor Light runs off batteries, is easy to install in any room, (14 comments)
It Is So Frustrating ....... - 06/26/11 11:07 PM
It Is So Frustrating ....... It is very frustrating to have a person send you a question in your email, and not be able to respond to them. I had a question about a property in Silvermine Woods sent to me through my post on the Wilton Patch today, and tried to respond. The response kept bouncing back "Mail Delivery Permanently Failed" - three different times. I had just received the question at about 3:00 this afternoon, - it was about a property in Silvermine Woods, a great golfing community in Wilton - and by 6 pm, when I was back (19 comments)

The BEST - Not Better, - BEST! Mousetrap in the World! in Wilton CT 06897 Have you ever wondered why the sticky pad mouse traps were invented? (Slow starvation for a mouse..) Have you ever wondered why the little "container traps" were invented? ( Same slow death - and the smell!) Even the traditional mouse trap that snaps leaves a mouse to slowly die and smell up your home until you find it was sprung .... A carpenter friend of mine from Wilton showed me the BEST mousetrap in the world! It is humane, clean, not smelly, easy to set up, (11 comments)
Thinking of Selling Your Home? Plan Ahead - Way Ahead! - 06/14/11 06:40 PM
Judy, aside from helping out several of my clients already, you have an amazing way of putting things into writing that makes them so much fun to read, and so clear! Thanks for sharing your talent... Via Judy Klem, Home Staging, Senior Move Management, Fairfield/New Haven counties (Transition Stage LLC): Thinking of Selling Your Home? Plan Ahead - Way Ahead!Getting your home ready to sell? The basic equation goes something like this: Time + Effort + Money = Ready to Sell. It's very easy to underestimate the time, effort and money it takes to get your house ready to sell. Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR-4 Needs to Sell - so sad! - 06/12/11 10:56 PM
Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR-4 Needs to Sell - so sad! This beautiful car needs to have a new owner who will " baby " it like I did. I have owned this 1995 Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR-4 since 1998. It has always been " my baby " but I don't drive it anymore. I have opened a new real estate brokerage, Dagny's Real Estate LLC, and am too busy to drive it and enjoy it properly. The 1995 Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR-4 always has been the most gorgeous of the line, loaded with power, and purrrrs like a kitten. I have (10 comments)

Does Your Client Need New Flooring in Wilton, CT 06897? I closed on a transaction with a client in Wilton, CT 06897 last week at 52 Village Court, Wilton. The clients were very pleased with the process, and needed to do some work on the home before they moved in. They are a really sweet young couple, - starting a family in a new home. How exciting! The clients wanted to refinish the floors, replace the carpeting, replace the kitchen, replace the shower in the master bath, paint everything, etc. There were also some minor issues that needed some work, so (9 comments)
