Whether you are selling or buying real estate, you should always watch your bottom line, and not ignore the "other costs" involved in waiting on real estate. The longer one waits, the more money blows out the window.. The buyer may lose a great opportunity, and the seller may lose more money waiting for the"perfect deal." A Local Restaurant in Norwalk, CT - Dry Dock Cafe is a spot my husband and I frequent perhaps as often as twice a week. It is a casual, comfortable restaurant one can go to in any attire, anytime. After a busy day selling real estate in the Wilton and Norwalk area, it is the perfect end to the day.The menu, atmosphere, wait staff, clientele, and food are ALWAYS consistently fabulous.
