What would YOU do?  Would YOU Clean Out Their Trash.....? I am soliciting everyone's help here....   I have a friend Realtor who called today to ask for some help finding someone to do a job for her.   Here's the lowdown ....          (Realtor's name withheld, so she will be called Betty)
Betty had a listing that has had numerous problems in being able to be sold, the last and least (Ha!) of which was tax evasion.   She had a ready, willing and able buyer, and was afraid she would lose them, as with every turn in the transaction there appeared another flukey … (15 comments)
