lake arrowhead and lake gregory crestline real estate wow are prices low--a house with a garage for 89,000 how ? why? - 05/24/09 02:18 PM

I am a buyers agent. That means I sell everybody's "stuff". Trying to find the best buys and there are so many. Saw a great deal that another broker and agent has listed for 89,000 with a garage. Now that is a deal. In lake arrowhead there are pages of listings now under 300,000 even 250,000. Wow have not seen prices like this in many years. wow.
