I am a buyers agent. That means I sell everybody's "stuff". Trying to find the best buys and there are so many. Saw a great deal that another broker and agent has listed for 89,000 with a garage. Now that is a deal. In lake arrowhead there are pages of listings now under 300,000 even 250,000. Wow have not seen prices like this in many years. wow.

Another beautiful day in the mountains.
Yesterday I was down the hill at my daughters in Temecula. It was warm, dusty and dry. Up here it is so beautiful. The spring flowers are wow. It smells so clean and fresh. I love the smell of pine. Think I will go hug a tree and thank the pine.
In our mountain villages we do not have any traffic lights at all. The nearest ones are Big Bear which is quite far away. Over an hour. Driving is a pleasure up here but that 215/210/15 area down the hill seems like it is always busy. … (0 comments)

Photos by Denise Hornsby these photos were taken by Grass Valley Lake which is located by the Lake Arrowhead Country Club. Homes in this area have lake rights. It is a wonderful place to hike, fish and relax. There is a volleyball court here.

Really you already know the time to sell was when prices were up and inventory down.
Today’s article on MSN is titled “is it the time to sell? They think prices may drop another 10%.
They use the phrase “ride out the storm” meaning hold out. That is what some people have been doing.
They say that maybe you should think about selling a vacation or investment home . They bring up issues about deciding if maybe you could invest in other places or reduce expenses?
