MPP), first-time home buyers who lose their jobs due to layoffs may be eligible to receive up to $1,500 per month for up to six months to help make their mortgage payments. A qualified co-buyer also can participate in the program, for a reduced monthly benefit of $750 per month for up to six months in the event of a job loss. Wow this last week a major broker left the mountain sending agents to find new homes. I understand that real estate is not what it was a few years ago. Even the best agents have had to rethink their game plans.

Well I have settled nicely in my new office at Prudential of California. Vicky and Andy have really made me feel wonderful! Duffy King and Kele Coloma also moved from Re/max to Prudential. We were all long time Re/max people. We loved our bosses and co-workers at Re/max. I especially loved our support staff at the front. They always found me and helped me take care of my customers.

As of Friday I have returned to one of my favorite places--Re/max Lake Arrowhead. You can find me sitting today happily at a desk in the village office which is located next to Bank of America. I love all the visitors this office gets.
My very favorite clients are walk in clients. They are nice people who walk in with a question and then allow me to help them explore our area. It is so nice to find many interesting mountain visitors.
The weather is warm and wonderful. Short sleeves except very early morning or late at night. Flowers everywhere.

The last few weeks have been busy with many requests for slide shows and additional photos of cabins.Clients have been calling asking about where to stay and asking us to reserve time to help them explore our area.
Winter in our mountains can be a challenge to show homes.

Arrowhead Lake Association is the organization that protect the lake for its members and support its use for recreation. There is a general membership fee of $60- a year. The members of the ALA are the homeowners who live within a certain defined boundary area around the lake in the area known as arrowhead woods. Park the car at grocery store across the street. Dreams of coffee and a bearclaw afterwards from their bakery. Notice how all my blogs have food in them.Back to quiet a mind.
A one hour silent walk around lake gregory does quiet the mind.
If a random thought pops in your head just poof it away and allow the silence.
I stop often, sit on logs, ground, ---- pause.
Touch the dirt, a rock, a bug, a tree. Really quickly when no one is around hug a tree and thank it for being there.

Thought prices would hold a bit better. And they will go back up. If you can hold tight just do it.
Might consider a balance to lifestyle of a little retreat in the mountains near lake arrowhead.Most of us are still as adventurous as we were before.
