Just gearing up to teach another Pre-licensing class for the State of NH Real Estate licnese.  If anyone is interested please contact me at diane@caronsgre.com.  This is a 40 hour course accredited by the NH Commission to be used as requirement for license as a sales associate and will count as 40 of the 60 hours required for the Broker's license.  Candidates will also need to pass State and National Exams with a minimum score of 70%. The class location will be determined by the location of the attendees in the Coos County region near Lancaster, Northumberland or surrounding towns. Well our new website is just about complete only a few kinks to work out that should be complete by the end of the day..  Please check us out at www.caronsgre.comand like our site...  We do!  I'm in hopes that all the small fixes are complete either today or tomorrow but for now our e-mail and website are up and running, a week down seemed like months...  We hope you like it and remember we are always happy to Co-Broker or exchange referral's....
