Countdown 'til Tax Credit Disappears and FHA's Upfront Mortgage Insurance Increases - 03/09/10 01:11 PM

At this point the only change taking place is that the upfront mortgage insurance will go up from 1.75% to 2.25% on April 5th.  As long as your loan number is in before April 5th you'll only be charged the 1.75% upfront fee.
