The blog below is great and obviously has a lot to do with being a Realtor because we not only live in our communties, but also "sell" our communities. I remeber growing up in Newtown and thinking how boring it was, but 10 years later I couldn't love living here more. Bucks County has so much to offer from the rolling hills and farmlands, to the quaint towns such as Newtown, Doylestown, New Hope, Yardley etc. We are only 45 minutes from Philadelphia which was my other home in the 10 years I didn't live in Bucks and the city has an … (3 comments)

So it's the time of year where you look out the window and say "time to do yard work," but honestly all you want to do on your day off is kick back on a lawn chair and enjoy the yard not have to do all of the backbreaking landscaping and lawn care yourself. Wish there was someone who could do a great job at a great price and get all of your beds cleaned, edged and mulched and plant all of the new flowers and cut the grass. I'm sure many buyers have heard real estate agents proclaim "today is the best time to get off of the fence and buy." I'm also sure many remember hearing similar proclamations in 2005 and knowing what happened after the bubble burst many buyers are too frieghtened to take the jump.
