When my wife and I were expecting our second son we realized our current home wasn't going to cut it.  It was a small 2 bedroom 1 bath 900 sq. ft. rowhome in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia.  I'd been working in Newtown, Bucks County, where I grew up, as a Realtor for a couple of years and was ready to move back home.  I didn't want to be too far from work, I wanted a home our family could grow into, I wanted a good school district, and I wanted a kid friendly neighborhood.  I found all this and more … (2 comments)
