We all have been watching the events unfold in Wisconsin, and now in other states too, with governors trying to reign in the costs of public sector pensions and benefits.  And if you have been listening with your brain, you can easily see that the efforts need to be successful.  For years, the political parties in our country have been using the same formulas to gain power and control.  That is, promise things where the costs are pushed to the next set of folks that will have to pay for them.

We are now about 3 months into the new year and our congress is debating 61 billion in cuts.  This is from a budget that is a trillion dollars out of balance.  Clearly small fries.
Congress is taking a weeks vacation.  Have you had yours yet, or are you still slugging away trying to stay ahead of inflation?
The federal reserve is continuing its QE2, pushing 600 billion dollars into circulation.  Inflation is up about 5% this year alone.
We are still fighting a war in Afghanistan.  Americans are dying, but you wouldn't know it because the press doesn't want the … (1 comments)

This is a post in response to the "Freeloader" post by Kevin Robinson, please read his post and comments.
 
Little reported in the press is the number of professional real estate agents coming over the border from Mexico.  Thousands are coming from all over to enter the real estate profession in the US.  I was able to speak with a number of those coming, looking for business over the border.
