I was cruisng the web and came across an article By EDWARD MORRISSEY, The Fiscal Times. He made some valid points about the new Federal Budget that President Obama sent to Congress. Although we have heard all about the attributes of the budget, we have been waiting for a spell bound media to pick it apart. Well, we will wait until the cows come home for that. Mr. Morrissey make the points that in the Obama budget, President Obama cuts funding for a school voucher program that benefits mainly black minority students in Washington DC.
