I've spent the past 10 days battling a cold/flu.  I'm thinking of all of the things I need to be doing & instead have had to stay in bed or the sofa, sipping hot soup & orange juice & sucking throat loxenges to get through.  Everything stops when you're ill--I can't imagine what it must be like to be really, seriously ill & in this business.  An associate in my office recently underwent surgery to remove a cancerous lung tumor the size of a small melon.  She lost a lung & some ribs.  And has no health insurance.  Makes my little cold look like … (2 comments)

Changes to FHA Loan Terms-
To protect its loan program, the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) recently announced changes that will be more expensive for buyers.  This is significant for both sellers & buyers because FHA loans presently account for a very high percentage of the loan market (approximately 40%). Buyers may need to buy a cheaper property or wait longer before buying as a result of the anticipated changes as described below:
