A higher percentage of our listing agents now use Showing Assist or Showtime services to schedule showings.  It's a safety feature which can work well...except when the second step (agent confirmation), if needed, doesn't occur.
I tried to show a rare listing on Saturday afternoon--a home that isn't in short sale or foreclosure status.  I called the showing toll free number to arrange the appointment.  I actually ended up calling twice, the second time to change the time of arrival.  I was told that I needed to hear back from the agent to confirm the appointment.
