banks: FORECLOSURE DEFENSE BEFORE ITS TOO LATE - 12/08/08 08:51 PM

Dear Friends:
I want to tell you that our law firm is helping people who are having a hard time paying their mortgages. We have successfully obtained forbearances from national lenders so that there is time to renegotiate the rate.
There are a number of ways to combat foreclosures.
The servicing companies that institute foreclosure proceedings often cannot easily find the original note and transfer documents. As a result, judges in some courts across the country have refused foreclosure.
We know of one case in Dallas that was dragged out for ten months while the servicer failed to find the proof … (0 comments)
