Stock Markets slip could mean good news to mortgage rates - 04/30/08 05:59 PM
The Fed once again made the call to drop the interest rate, but also left trailings that the cuts will be coming to an end.  This ripple caused the stock market to slip and lose traction.  Although a negative in most aspects, it could indicate some rate improvements on the way.

Can you believe it.  Understanding that the mortgage industry impacts many different markets, effects housing, trickles into spending..ect.  But who would have thought that the industry would be to blame for coffee sold at grande prices.  Remember that SB was reformatting their business model prior to the mortgage crunch.

Good news as mortgage rates have been declining today.  With cooperation from the bond market, the projected increase by polled mortgage professionals may be proven wrong.

Yesterday the market was not for the faint at heart, but pricing remained almost unchanged from the prior day.  As the week trend is viewed, rates increased by about .25 to rate.    Here's a prediction for the next week.  So quick pre-qualification and timely locking of the rate is essential … (0 comments)
