sales: Finding your niche as a real estate agent - 01/29/08 03:48 PM
I came across an article today titled "The Hunt for Green" and I was thinking about some of my successful friends who have made it in the real estate business. Each of them have found their own niche in which they are able to sell into. One of them only deals with first time homeowners, another one only sells houses in the $200k - $300k price range, while still another only deals with recently divorced husbands.
