bethesda: Why Bethesda? Or rather, Why not Bethesda? - 11/30/12 06:53 AM
Considering a move to Bethesda? Bethesda is a great place to live and work. It offers a diverse and cosmopolitan downtown environment along with the safety, security and good schools of a small town. Full of green spaces, parks and trails, Bethesda is just a metro ride away from Downtown DC and all the restaurants, museums and history of the nation's capital.
I work at the Buyer's Edge Office in Bethesda, MD which has a walkscore of 97, which walkscore.com labels as Walker's Paradise. There are tons of neighborhoods in Bethesda. To read about Bethesda's four condo-rich neighborhoods check out the neighborhood pages … (0 comments)

bethesda: What are they thinking? - 11/07/12 05:36 AM
I write this on election night while I wonder what my clients and potential clients are thinking. Not what they are thinking about the election, but about real estate. Halloween is a big holiday in my family and we had a huge party this year. But at most social events that … (5 comments)

bethesda: I was very jealous, but pruning shears solved that problem. - 04/25/12 10:18 AM
Yesterday I stopped by my neighbor's house to drop something off and I noticed the most beautiful lilac bush in their front yard. I was pretty jealous because my yard is very shady and my repeated attempts at growing lilacs in my yard have been unsuccessful.
My neighbor told me that the bush is an eyesore all year except for the few days it is in bloom. Their whole family is allergic to the flowers so they don't cut the blooms and take them inside. … (4 comments)
