&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Want buyers?!?&amp;nbsp; Schedule open houses - and lots of them...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Follow this recipe for successful lead generation &amp;amp; Open House Success.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Select an area to consistently hold homes open... neighbors will begin to recognize your signs.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;a price range that is condusive to producing 1st time buyers... In my area this is $90-150k.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Set up lots of signs... try to pull in people from all directions.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Set the ambiance with light music, good smelling baked goods, nice lighting.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Get guests to sign in and offer information to them after they sign in.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Create a rapoir, friendly atmosphere - don&amp;#39;t be pushy, but open to questions, etc.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If guests aren&amp;#39;t interested in that house, have information on another house that might interest them - try and score an appointment.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Follow-up with a call to see if you can be helpful to guests on Monday.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Follow-up with a written note &amp;amp; thank them for their time.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;*track your results, and adjust if market/prices of open houses aren&amp;#39;t producing results&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Good Luck &amp;amp; Have Fun!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-Dana&lt;/p&gt;    </content>
