spring 2008: Spring Market in Grand Rapids, MI - 02/25/08 03:19 PM

It may only be February 25th but the Spring market is going in full-throttle!
With increased traffic to open houses, despite the winter weather conditions, buyers are making their presence known. I am very encouraged with such an immediate bounce back from the holiday season. Interest rates are still in our client's best interest, that I'm implementing additional strategies to attract buyers and current renters. What are you doing differently as the season changes?
Please share your experiences thus far in your view of the Spring 2008 market.
