Recently I read a great blog on Active Rain by Bill Gasset about short sale fraud.  Today I received an email from a "short sale investor" via Active Rain.  To save you from having to read to the end of this email for my response, my answer is, "ummm, no thank you, please refer to Bill's short sale fraud post and my response suggesting that you Google,  "Ruben Rojas mortgage Fraud".  This "opportunity" looks like one that comes with a slippery slope.  I take my fiduciary responsibility to my client (the seller) seriously and my duty is to get them the … (2 comments)
