As an agent that sells many REO and short sale properties in VA, MD, and DC I am amazed at how seldom agents read the instructions in the MLS.  
Now do not get me wrong.  I understand how frustrating that it can be working for a buyer when you are writing an offer on an REO property.  I myself have been frustrated on numerous times by unresponsive (or even unkind) REO listing agents while representing my buyers.  That being said, I only get frustrated when the listing agent has no system or instructions on how to connect with them for information … (7 comments)
