Phoenix Real Estate Market WOW - This week was still UNUSUALLY STRONG. And some of the silly things happening with regard to real estate agents. Yes on Wednesday I took two listings, and entered them into the MLS and my phone began to ring. About 10 agents called, thus far four have submitted offers. The only reason all 10 did not submit because I explaince there were a couple of cash offers, and they knew with (even if strong) a buyer obtaining financing: CASH IS KING.
