If you are listing your house, or it is currently listed and not getting any offers, you may have briefly thought about staging before banishing the thought for an number of reasons.
I would like you to consider why I think you should revisit the idea of staging your house for just a few minutes.
Think back to when you bought the house. What were the things about it you loved so much that you made an offer? As a stager, I frequently hear people will avoid a staged house when buying, because they feel the 'wow' factor of a staged home is to keep them from looking at the condition of the house.
This is absolutely not true. While there will always be some sellers and stagers who's intent is questionable, these individuals are few and far between.
