Funding OK’d for of toll roads in Brazoria County - 06/30/07 11:21 AM
I read an articial in the Brazoria County news paper called "The Facts" about the new toll roads comming into Brazoria County and the Pearland TX areas. The articial goes on to state where and when the new toll roads will be built. "Senate Bill 792, which was signed by Gov. Rick Perry last week, would give local entities the option to construct, develop and operate toll roads in their jurisdiction." I think it is very important for all Brazoria County residents to stay abreast of what is going on in our county. To read the full articial just follow this link. http://thefacts.com/story.lasso?ewcd=abaf3aa6d4fe3ec9 Please (1 comments)
Zip Forms - 06/25/07 09:13 PM
What do you use??? What else is there??? In Houston we have to use Zip Forms, and I hate it, and with it I use DocUsign... I was just wondering if anyone has any feed back about electronic signatures and how title companies are accepting them... So for with 23 contracts, I have not had very many title companies say anything. I did however have a bank on a short sale say no to the use of it and they did not want faxed copies either.... Most find appraisal system to be flawed - 06/24/07 09:27 AM
I found this article on line this morning and found it to be very interesting. Every year about this time of year I always see lots of people complaining about how high their taxes are. I think people should stay on topic and make the state lawmakers do something instead of just talking about it. Read this article in "The Facts" http://thefacts.com/story.lasso?ewcd=624ff6a89ac84d13 It really hits HOME... (1 comments)

Brazoria County Mosquito Control District - 06/07/07 07:10 AM
I read an article in the local paper called "The Facts" about the Brazoria County Mosquito District. I thought it was important enough to post a link to it so it could get more exposure. Please follow the link: Brazoria County Mosquito District We all have to do our part to stop the spread of mosquitos. Make sure you dump out ALL standing water in and around your yard. I checked the bird bath in the yard and it was teaming with baby mosquitos. I found an old small planter that was also full of babies... A quote from the paper is so true; (1 comments)
