I thought I would post my response to a good gal's posting last week. She mentioned she was in the dumpster with respect to her self image and turned everything around by reading a great self help/affirmation based book. Clearly as a person thinks of themselves, they will feel and behave in the same manner. Generally speaking, we've been negatively conditioned for as many years as we've been influenced by parents, educators and top-down managed corporations.... Yes where did limited thinking come from???? We've been raised in a safety box. Remember hearing this from our parents: Stay away from strangers You can't have (0 comments)

Wow, what a market! We've heard the term/phrase, "Buyers are Liars". I feel that phrase should now change to, "Buyers are Spyers". As we call back the folks who have made inquiries on our listings, many of the potential buyers have watched the prices drop and continue to watch them drop. In fact our most recent inquiry just a few moments before this post, the potential buyer visited our open house two months ago and was quite interested when the price was 20K higher. His response is, he wants to see how far it will drop. What's with that??? Buyers seem to think the market (0 comments)

Selling Homes in today's market for Minneapolis St. Paul areas It really is a new real estate market in the Twin Cities. First came the so called bubble, compounded with an additional glut of inventory, plus the fact that buyers have been watching the prices drop. The National Association of Realtors does a fabulous set of promotions in conjunction with the local Minnesota Associations plugging the obvious that it couldn't be a better time to buy real estate. Call your local Realtor today. So what is going on with all the buyers? Where are they? Are buyers really liars? The answer seems simple (3 comments)
