sunset: Sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico are no longer FREE in West Pasco Florida - 12/17/10 06:45 PM
Let me Repeat that - - - Sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico are no longer FREE in West Pasco Florida Never thought I would see the day, but it does not surprise me. Quick little bit of background. We saw a massive explosion in new construction in Pasco, particularly West Pasco. They even began building our version of "The Villages" an all inclusive Master Planned Community for 10's of 1,000's of residents. So did Pasco County save some money for a rainy day? Thats a rhetorical question, we all know the answer. So what is their genius solutions? Charging (4 comments)
sunset: Sunset on the Gulf of Mexico. Hudson Beach, Florida Memorial Day Weekend - 06/05/10 11:15 AM
Sunset on the Gulf of Mexico. Hudson Beach, Florida Memorial Day Weekend I think I am really starting to get a feel for this and improving the quality. For instance due to the holiday weekend I am taking pictures from inside my car because there was NO PARKING. I am in 'cut through' in the middle of a parking lot 'loop' It is packed, but that is because of Sam's Waterfront Restaurant & Bar & Tiki Hut. There are maybe a couple dozen people on the beach, and you will see 2 with impeccable timing and just happen to step (2 comments)
Amazing where some people decide to stand, don'tcha think? LOL
And another person with impeccable timing. But like I tell them all, with digital camera's it does not matter, because I just take another picture, unlike film.
I must admit, I saw the spectacular image while heading home. What might surprise you is that I took the picture from my car traveling at 50 miles per hour. Yet you have the imagery created by the illusion created by the clouds as well as the refelectve light. This picture was shortly before sunset, but who really cares as it is spectacular on its fact, and is meant for your enjoyment. All rights reserved (13 comments)
sunset: Sunset on the Gulf of Mexico. Hudson Beach, Florida March 16, 2010 - 03/16/10 08:56 PM
Sunset on the Gulf of Mexico. Hudson Beach, Florida March 16, 2010 Missed the actual sunset, but that does not diminish the spectacular colors seen at sunset tonight. It is getting easier to make it to sunset since we set the clocks forward, and the colors this time were simply magnificent. The weather left something to be desired though. It was pretty breezy and < 60*F. Having been raised on Long Island and wintering in Vermont, I grew up knowing how to dress for the elements, yet here I was in shorts and a t-shirt. Should be warmer next time, in (6 comments)
sunset: Spectacular Clouds at Sunset at Hudson Beach, Florida - 03/06/10 12:01 AM
Spectacular Clouds at Sunset at Hudson Beach, Florida I believe I have previously mentioned, that while I am trying to build my Real Estate presence in New Port Richey, that I was kicked out of New Port Richey Parks just before, or at, Sunset. That is not very conducive to Sunset photos that really should contain videos of the span of time, or at least before during and after shots of sunrise. Afterall some of the most spectacular scenes I have personally viewed occured AFTER SUNSET. The light of the set sun reflected back to earth (my eyes) off the (7 comments)
sunset: Welcome to Sunsets at Green Key, New Port Richey, FL. - 01/13/10 07:51 PM
Welcome to Sunsets at Green Key, New Port Richey, FL. Those who have read me regularly know that I have recently had to change from Hudson Beach for my sunset photographs to Green Key in New Port Richey. Reason being that the Sunset has fallen behind the Sea Ranch Subdivision. As a result I have moved to Green Key in New Port Richey. More important than that, I recently did an annual market report for New Port Richey, West Pasco County, FL and I was shocked to find out that 1 out of every 3 Real Estate Transactions in West Pasco occurred in New Port Richey. sunset: Fall Sunset at Hudson Beach, Pasco County, Florida - 12/05/09 11:05 AM
Fall Sunset at Hudson Beach, Pasco County, Florida Sorry it has been so long since my latest pictorial of sunsets, had other things to deal with, and with Sunset happening earlier and earlier, it got tougher and tougher to get to the Gulf of Mexico in time to capture Nature's Beauty. Now that I have gotten back there, I can not believe far south the Sun now sets. I am sure part of it is illusion, but the direction I took all previous sunsets was off camera to the right of what is visible in these pictures. And my Gulf sunsets (9 comments)

Home Buyer Series: How to take the headaches out of buying a Home by a Hudson Florida Realtor::: Part II Now in Part I of this series we focused on where to start the home-buying process. And in it we focused on getting a pre-approval for your mortgage so as not to waste your time looking at Real Estate that is above your budget limit. Now once buyers get to this point, they think it is time to go shopping, and so do a lot of Realtors. I operate a bit differently, hopefully most of you do to. After getting (2 comments)
It doesn't get any better than this! It may not be 5 Star cuisine, but its good food and good times at Sam's Waterfront Restaurant in Hudson Florida. You have 180* of panoramic views of the Gulf Of Mexico, which at sunset is breath-taking. The Food is good, the drinks are even better, but the views are priceless. And what could be better on a hot Florida day than cocktails gulf-front watching dolphins, ray's or manatee's swimming by This Gulf-front Restaurant and Bar features modest prices for (2 comments)

sunset: Friday Sunset at Hudson Beach Florida - 07/18/09 06:41 PM
Friday Sunset at Hudson Beach Florida Well this evenings shoot was a bit more interesting than usual. For one thing it was quite a bit windier than normally, and it was a bit rainy, as you will see in the pics. The cloud formations were spectacular as usual, and the colors that danced off them as the sun set made it a glorious way to end the day, and begin Friday Night. Some of the pictures include Sam's Waterfront Restaurant on Clark St. It is Pasco Counties only Gulf front restaurant. It is all outdoor seating, with half of it being (4 comments)
