I see a lot of comments on AR about not being able to "keep up with it all". The fact that you're spending your time on AR and commenting to the point that you have hundreds of thousands of points (or wish to have that many) shows that you have some misplaced energy. In real estate, just as in blogging, we need to find our niche. I see too many agents spreading themselves too thin. Sure it looks great to say that you service all of New York City but do you honestly visit each borough at least once a week and know what's going there well enough to explain it to a client if they asked? It's your business, you can run it however you choose, but in my humble opinion I believe you are doing your clients a great disservice if you are working outside of your niche.
