Paradise Island is a 340 acre private waterfront community in Awendaw, SC on the Wando River, where most properties enjoy deep water access and great fishing. Awendaw, SC is located just north of the Charleston Area and offers true peace and tranquility. It is protected by the Francis Marion National Forest to the west and Cape Romain Wildlife Refuge to the east. These areas make  Awendaw rich in natural amenities such as; great fishing, boating, kayaking, hunting, nature watching, biking, hiking, and horseback riding.
