Short sales around Vero Beach encompass all price levels and just about every neighborhood.  Experts expect short sales to make up over 60% of real estate transactions from fall 2009 through the end of 2010. The trend seems to have saturated into most of Florida leaving only exclusive well to do communities only slightly affected.
