The goal of this article is to mention some important information about purchasing a real estate franchise and also to explain the best real estate franchise opportunity on the market today. There are true benefits of opening a real estate franchise rather than opening a "from scratch" real estate brokerage (trust me I know). I will be discussing those benefits in this article, which you may find are common with most real estate franchise companies.
Name Recognition: When purchasing a franchise you have the opportunity to use a name, logo, branding, etc... that is working and is being used in other parts of the country. This automatically builds credibility to the customer when they pick up the phone, or look you or your agents up online. While you are spending time helping your agents become successful your franchise name is being built daily by the corporation that is selling the franchises. Most real estate franchises have a marketing budget for owners and brokers to contribute too, in order to build the name continually. I opened a real estate office inside walmart, in Peoria Arizona store number 1533. This was a unique idea at the time and was laughed at by some but joined by others. Well in three short years we have expanded to 10 Walmart stores in Maricopa county Arizona. We are now collecting applications in certain states to open a walk-in franchise inside a major retailer(s) across the country. All of the above mentioned franchise necessities are there and available for our franchise owners. The Real Estate franchise of today must be willing to adapt to the market trends and changes we will see over the next 5, 10, 20+ years. In order to achieve your real estate business goals you have to understand the obstacles you are going to have owning a real estate business.
