Treat Your Business Like a Business
A common mistake that new Realtors and even Realtors who have been in the business for a long time is they don't treat their business like a business. Real Estate allows you freedom and a wonderful lifestyle, but you better take the business part seriously.
This business will be great to you and spoil you rotten if you respect and treat it accordingly. New agents, if you are struggling and wondering why you arent' getting that listing and cant get that offer accepted, don't get discouraged but question what you can change to succeeed.

Thats refreshing! Almost as a sign of good faith, Presiden Obama has called for a freeze on Washington aides who are making over $100,000 a year. Hw staes, "while the rest of america istightening their belts, so should Washington."

Why is the Success Rate Lower for New Realtors than in any other beginning profession?
It is well documented that the rate of success for Realtors new to the business is very low. Is it because real Estate has is cursed? Is it because there is a secret elite in the Real Estate community that control the local markets?
The answer is, of course, NO! However, what is interesting about the Real Estate business is leveraging money and initial investments is of crucial importance. While some agents can take upwards of 6 monthe to a year to close their … (0 comments)
