This is the time of the year when things happen like crazy! Both good and bad deals are happening!!! Its so much better than sitting on your hands all winter long!!! This is when its fun and exciting to be in real estate. This are going great in the fingerlakes area of NY, we can have enough first time home buyers houses to sell. If I only had 10 more like the one I sold last week I could sell them all before the end of business today. I love real estate!!!;)
