I had the pleasure to watch the video below from Brian Rice, CEO of Red Clay Media. He discusses the need of marketing in the Mortgage and Finance industry. It is funny that as I listen to him discuss the need of direct marketing mailing list, it brought me back to my days as a branch manager for Countrywide and the stratagies that they employed to create mortgage leads. Say what you will about them, but the were masterminds when it came to direct marketing.

I have been blogging on here for just over 2 months and have wrote over 100 blogs. Some flopped and some exceled. I wanted to acknowledge my top 10 and why I think they are successful.
