Last week Sharon Yonally from Golf Savings Bank came to our office and gave us a brief overview of the 5 key points used in determining our credit scores which may be helpful to others. FICO scores generally go from 350 to 850 and below is guide to how the points are allocated/determined.
What makes up the FICO score?
35% (297.5 points) - Payment History (lates, collections, charge-offs etc all ding away at the 297.5 pts available in this section).

Seems like anyone who's been in the real estate biz has had to deal with that question either directly asked of them or indirectly (when a buyer is waiting....for something..... prices to go down more...... a better interest rate....for the stars to be in proper alignment....something). So how do all of you answer the question?
My answer to the question is, "When you can." Life always changes, nothing stays the same. The data we have today, the situation we have today is all known - prices, interest rates, your health, your abilities, your liabilities etc etc. Three months from now - who knows.  … (1 comments)
