Time to sell in Sammamish or on the Eastside? It could be. Existing home inventories are very low with well priced, well presented homes selling in days now instead of months. Rates remain at all time lows which allow a buyer to raise their affordable price range. On top of this, we just got news that local employers Microsoft and Amazon are hiring! King 5 reports that Microsoft will be adding 1500 new jobs in our area and Amazon will be adding another 1000.
