Over 8% of this new year is gone! February is already here and moving quickly!As a Real Estate Professional, each one of us is working with people. This is a people business! On Saturday, January 24, our team conducted our first Identity Formation Seminar for 18 -32 year old Emerging Adults. We had a powerful time together. We plan on having more seminars in February. I recently started exercising on an elliptical machine we have in our back room at home. What a difference I have felt in my life! I started out at pedaling for 15 minutes and then worked up to 20 the next day. The third day I made it to 25 minutes. On my eighth day, I burned 404 calories in 34 minutes! 3o days after starting I just burned 818 calories in 30 minutes! Now, I want you to know that I'm not an exercise fanatic, but I have noticed renewal in my mind, emotions, body and relationships through extra movement. I

I started training in the Volunteer Academy of our Garden City (Boise), Idaho local police department two days ago. I discovered many creative and innovative leaders in the department and in our class. Our police chief is from the Los Angeles area. He has been in our police department for 26 years. He turned that department around from being the worst in the state to the best in the state. I was so encouraged by him. He demands integrity, respect and compassion from all of his officers! Translation = If we want our lives to be the highest quality possible, we must hold ourselves

We all need to feel significant and secure! Three questions everyone of us asks ourselves every day are: 1. Am I loved? 2. Am I accepted? 3. Am I valued? The answer to those three questions is YES, YES, YES! You can be the difference maker! You and your clients need to feel valued and become all you were created to be in a supportive relationship. What makes you distinct? How are you different than other real estate professionals? Why don't you get out a sheet of paper or your computer and start brainstorming your ideas of how you are distinct? Go wild! Dare to step out of your comfort zone! Write every thought and word you can think of. Speak each word out loud. You don't have to do it all at once. Just take your time.
