The leader's best friend is the big "Mo" according to leadership expert John Maxwell. Sometimes that begins with a phone call, an e-mail or simply a cheerful smile. Moving forward with momentum is the key!
Each one of us as Real Estate Professionals (Agents, Home Stagers and all others) are leaders. We must all create the big "Mo" to be successful. That is much easier said than done. Let's be realistic. Many people are dropping out of the Real Estate Profession. Leaders are found one at a time just like eagles.

Change. Everything is changing at a faster pace than ever before. The real estate industry is changing rapidly. If you want to be successful, you must find a specialty where you are the only expert in that field.
It's called branding. I am a student in a doctoral program in a cutting edge school in LA. In one of my seminars last February I had the amazing experience of interacting with a Hollywood film producer and consultant. He said that each one of us must create our image for people to receive.
