With decreased home prices, the $8,000 tax credit and interest rates hovering at record lows, these are very "buyer friendly" times in the real estate market. Unfortunately, a climate of fear is causing first-time home buyers to become paralyzed and miss moments of great opportunity. What role does/should fear play in your life? How can you conquer fear? .....To Buy or Not to Buy..... Before starting to tackle today's "To Do" list, I wanted to query my Blog Subscriptions Dashboard, read some posts and make some comments. It didn't take too long before I came across Kim Southern's most recent post entitled Home Not-So-Sweet Home. This name was taken from an article written by New York Times Op-Ed Columnist Paul Krugman. From my personal point-of-view, it is a very thought provoking, blood warming piece of writing.
