By sharing her frustration, Jeannette shares with us one of the pitfalls of working with an unprofessional and/or unorganized attorney. Luckily for the attorney (and for her.....you know...lawyers can be very litigious by nature), names have not been used in an effort to protect THE GUILTY!
Her post reminded me of my 02/18/2008 about Hiring The Wrong Attorney.

At the beginning of this month, Nick Van Assche wrote a FEATURED BLOG POST about the e-Pro Designation and its value. During the 100+ Comment barage, the conversation turned from a specific designation to a generalized conversation about all designations.
Comments such as..... "Viewed through the eyes of your customers, what value does any designation bring? Apparently, not much.".......began to fly.
I do not claim myself to be an expert in the validity of any form of education. However, I do claim everyone's right to express their opinion about the effectiveness of designations.

While performing my morning ActiveRain ritual, I came across Kristina Pratt's Book of the Month post.
She has started a new group that will review the most popular books in our industry.
This month will be dedicated to Gary Keller's Shift. "It's Not About The Market...It's About What You Do!"
While reading another Kristina post, I was reminded of something I've heard in a previous class.
Kristina stated that she is "trying really hard not to flip forward too far into the book....[She] wait to get into the section about online prospecting and lead generation."
