The short answer: Yes! How can that be at a time when house prices are declining, inventories are rising, sales are slumping, and you cannot turn the television on to MSNBC, CNBC, CNN, FOX News, or your local news and pick up a newspaper without being reminded how bad the sub-prime meltdown has affected the economy? That being said, now is a great time to buy a new home, or to seriously start looking!
