I am looking at my goals for the year coming up on the halfway mark to see where I am, and adjusting accordingly, I want to thank those of you who have referred me clients, its been awesome working with each of you and I truly appreciate being able to serve your clients where ever they may be buying, if they are local great if they are out of state thats awesome to, so far we have looked at loans in Colorado, Florida, Virginia, Missouri, of course, Kansas, and Arkansas.  I would like to make it a goal to close a … (0 comments)

Did you know that it is possible to protect your client that has not made a decision yet on a house, I am able to offer a lock in on an interest rate for 90 days while the client shops for their next home, the great thing is that this option also has a one time free float down feature during the 90 days.
