Rural Development Loans- USDA Guarantee Loans- Missouri Home Loans- Darren Stewart OakStar Bank (edit/delete)
USDA / Rural Developement Loans are one of the only remaining 100% loan options that are left in todays current market with the exception of the VA loan program.  Both programs are awesome in reducing your clients monthly expense by having their guarantee's replace the need for mortgage insurance, immediately decreasing the clients monthly payment by an average of about $50 to $75 depending upon purchase price.   This may also help them buy a higher priced home or allow them to … (2 comments)

Missouri Bond Program - TCAL explained- First time Home buyers - Down Payment Assistance - - 04/14/09 12:11 AM

The loan is similar to the old bond money loan with the exception of instead of a grant there is a second mortgage placed against he property that can be paid back in one lump sum out of the tax credit that a first time home buyer is eligible … (0 comments)
